n.(名词)

middle用作名词时,意思是“中间,当中,中部”,既可用于空间,又可用于时间。既可指物体两端或两边相等距离的中央或中间部分,也可指一段时间或行动始末的中间一段。前面一般加定冠词the,只用单数形式。其后一般接介词of。

middle也可表示身体的“中部,腰部”,跟waist意思相近。
